Weekly Weigh In: How Depressing!

I'm up yet another pound.

I invested a good chunk of the money I received for my birthday in a new, more intensive workout DVD and exercise bands. Basically it's a 5K with strength training thrown in. If I continue to waffle back and forth as I have been doing for the past few months, even with the increased intensity workouts, I will be speaking to my doctor at the end of the month.

I've already cut my calories as far back as I can, increased the frequency of my workouts, and upped my water intake until I feel like I'm water-boarding myself, and still nothing. This is the last thing I can think of to do without bringing in medical help.
